Due to COVID-19 pandemic, most of the countries declared state of emergency. Georgia was one of them. Citizens needed to stay home in order to stay safe and healthy. McCann Tbilisi team, together with Mastercard, decided to make this home-staying period more interesting and productive for Georgians (and not only). Mastercard opened the doors of the Art Palace warehouse for everyone.
For 5 weeks of quarantine, the Art Palace director – Giorgi Kalandia recorded short storytelling videos, telling stories about the unique items reserved at the warehouse of Art Palace. He informed the Mastercard audience about such historical facts and artefacts that are not widely known and is a kind of priceless information. The items are unique and their stories are incredible. The videos were uploaded on Mastercard’s social media and they had English subtitles, so foreigners would also understand the stories too.
Mastercard’s audience was pleased and glad to have a chance of learning these fascinating stories about the unique items.
